Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, building strength and stamina. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as hard, says Svava. To get that toned body, you have to challenge yourself.
When you get tired, don’t hunch forward to catch your breath as this restricts your breathing. Instead, open your chest and breathe deeply. Keep pushing, you’ve got this!
Today’s workout is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves performed in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence one more time.
