Day 16 of an Intense 30-Day Home Workout Plan for Burning Fat

You’ve reached the midway point of Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today is Day 16, and it doesn’t require any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks transitioning into downward dog, and side planks. These movements have unique twists to get you sweating. Make sure to control each exercise to really engage your core, building strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core won’t work as hard, so push yourself for that toned body you’re after.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest instead of hunching forward. This will help you breathe easier. Keep going, you’ve got this.

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, done twice. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the entire set once more.
