Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises are designed to make you sweat with a twist.
The key is to control each movement to really feel the burn in your core, building strength and stamina. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t get much of a workout. So, it has to be challenging to help you get that toned body.
When you start feeling tired, remember to keep your chest open instead of hunching forward to catch your breath. This ensures better breathing. Keep going, you’ve got this!
Here’s the plan:
– 10 minutes total
– Five moves
– Two sets
– Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest
– Repeat the sequence once more
