Today, you’ll be doing sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves will definitely make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. If it feels too easy, you’re not working your core hard enough, and that’s not going to get you the toned body you’re aiming for, says Svava.

When you start getting tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward. This helps improve your breathing.

Keep pushing through—you’ve got this! Today’s session is 10 minutes long, featuring five moves, done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the sequence one more time.
