Today’s moves include sumo squats, transitioning from high planks to downward dog, and side planks. These exercises are designed to make you sweat with a twist! Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. As Svava says, if it were easy, your core wouldn’t be working hard enough to see results. Challenging yourself is key to achieving a toned body.

When you start to feel tired, remember to keep your chest open and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward, which can restrict your breathing. Stay strong and keep moving!

Here’s today’s workout plan:
– 10 minutes total
– 5 different moves
– 2 sets

Do each of the five moves for 40 seconds, then take a 20-second rest. Repeat the sequence one more time.
