Day 16: Your Ultimate Home Workout Adventure to Burn Fat in 30 Days

You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t need any equipment, so let’s dive in.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all with a fun twist to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, building strength and stamina. If it was easy, your core wouldn’t have to work much, and we all know it’s got to be challenging to see great results.

When you start getting tired, don’t hunch forward to catch your breath, as this can restrict your breathing. Make sure to open your chest and breathe deeply.

You got this! Keep moving. The routine is 10 minutes long, with five moves, performed in two sets. Do each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat it one more time. Keep pushing, and you’ll see fantastic results!
