Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves come with a twist to really make you sweat. You’ll need to control each movement to feel a real burn in your core, building both strength and stamina. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as hard. The challenge is essential to getting that toned body you’re aiming for.

As you start to fatigue, remember to keep your chest open instead of falling forward to catch your breath, which can restrict your breathing. Open up your chest and breathe deeply.

You’ve got this! Keep going. It’s just 10 minutes, five moves, and two sets. Here’s the plan: perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds, and repeat the whole sequence one more time.
