Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat while giving your core a serious workout. Svava emphasizes that if the exercises were easy, you wouldn’t be working your core effectively. It’s supposed to be tough to help you achieve that toned body.

When you start to feel tired, don’t slump forward to catch your breath; it restricts your breathing. Instead, open up your chest and breathe deeply.
