Sumo squats, high planks into downward dogs, and side planks are the exciting moves today, all designed to make you sweat. Make sure to control each movement to really work your core, build strength, and build stamina. If it was easy, your core wouldn’t get much of a workout, right? So, the challenge is key to getting that toned body.

If you feel tired, remember to open up your chest instead of curling forward; this helps you breathe easier. So, keep your chest open and breathe deeply.
