You’ve made it halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Welcome to Day 16, which requires no equipment. Let’s dive in!

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to challenge you and make you sweat. It’s all about control—engage your core for a real burn, building both strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, so push yourself for that toned body.

When you feel tired, remember to keep your chest open rather than slumping forward, as this will help with your breathing. Keep your chest open and breathe deeply.

The workout is 10 minutes long with five different moves, done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat once more.
