Today’s moves will get you sweating with sumo squats, high planks transitioning into downward dog, and side planks. Focus on controlling each movement to really work your core, building strength and stamina. Svava says it has to be challenging; otherwise, your core won’t benefit as much. So, for that toned body, keep pushing through the difficulty.

When you start to feel tired, remember to keep your chest open and breathe deeply instead of hunching forward, which can restrict your breathing. Stay strong and keep moving!

The routine is simple: ten minutes, five moves, and two sets. Do each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the entire sequence one more time. You got this!
