Day 16 of Your 30-Day Home Workout: Ignite Your Fat-Burning Journey

You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 is all about exercises that don’t need any equipment. Here we go!

Today’s routine features sumo squats, high planks transitioning into downward dog, and side planks – all with a twist to make you break a sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. If it were easy, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs for that toned look, according to Svava. It has to be challenging to see results.

When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of hunching forward, which restricts your breathing. Keep your heart open and your breath steady.

You’ve got this, keep moving. Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence once more.
