16th Day of the 30-Day Home Workout Challenge: Burn Fat and Boost Energy

You’re halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 is all about exercises you can do without any equipment. Let’s get started.

Today’s routine includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which will help build strength and stamina. If it feels too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, so push yourself to get that toned body you’re aiming for.

When you start to feel tired, make sure to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of bending forward to catch your breath. This will help you breathe more easily and keep your momentum going.

You got this, keep moving! The workout is just 10 minutes long, with five moves repeated in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds. Then repeat everything one more time. Keep pushing, you’re doing great!
