Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, each with a twist to get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel that burn in your core, which will help build strength and stamina. It’s meant to be challenging because that’s what helps tone your body.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest instead of leaning forward to catch your breath, which can restrict breathing. Keep your chest open and breathe deeply.

You’ve got this, keep pushing! The session is 10 minutes long with five moves, done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence one more time.
